EDENS Expands Southeast Portfolio with the Acquisition of Moultrie Plaza

Washington, DC, — EDENS, a leading national retail real estate owner, operator and developer, announced today that it has acquired Moultrie Plaza in Charleston, South Carolina. The 104,000 square-foot open-air retail center is situated in Mt. Pleasant, the second fastest-growing small city in the United States.
