Our mission at EDENS is to enrich community through inclusive design, thoughtful curation and authentic engagement, starting with ideas that reflect the intellect, creativity and unique talents of the individuals who make up our organization.
We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace, and believe that to be genuinely engaged at work begins with a true sense of empowerment that thrives on continuous learning and growth.
We offer professional development opportunities including certifications and accreditations, learning grants, sponsored professional memberships, and virtual “lunch and learn” events.
EDENS’ Enrichment Initiative provides accessible and equitable growth opportunities through a mentorship program that nurtures deeper working relationships and appreciation for the efforts and contribution of every employee.

This internship has been a catalyst for my professional development, providing me with invaluable knowledge into the commercial real estate industry. By visiting our assets firsthand, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for EDENS’ commitment to “enriching community.” I now understand that we’re not just in the business of real estate, but in creating better human experiences within our communities.
