Our Work is Bigger than Real Estate

We are in the Business of Humanity

We offer professional development opportunities including certifications and accreditations, learning grants, sponsored professional memberships, and virtual “lunch and learn” events.

Equitable Growth

EDENS’ Enrichment Initiative provides accessible and equitable growth opportunities through a mentorship program that nurtures deeper working relationships and appreciation for the efforts and contribution of every employee.

Annual employee events include EDENS U, a two-day seminar for new hires led by executive and senior leadership, and Service Day, when all our offices are closed for a day of community service with various nonprofit organizations.

We believe that great ideas can come from anyone but may need the freedom to explore. Our DaVinci Prize competition is open to all as a platform for ideating solutions to challenges in our industry and our lives.
