Welcome to Lulah Hills!

We are pleased to announce the change in name from North DeKalb Mall to Lulah Hills, a 73-acre mixed-use redevelopment project bringing significant economic activity and strengthened connectivity for the area.

“Lulah Hills will be intentionally convenient and casual—ideal for a relaxed family outing, the long-overdue date night or a morning cup of coffee. This place will once again enrich community through innovative design, thoughtful curation and active engagement, just as it was known for almost 60 years ago,” said Herbert Ames for EDENS.

At its full buildout, the project will encompass 2.5 million square feet, including 320,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 1,700 multifamily units, 100 townhomes, a 150-key hotel and a Path Foundation trail connection to Emory University.

Congratulations to our development + leasing teams! Today we broke ground on a new community plaza and neighborhood gathering space at our place in Burtonsville, Montgomery County, Maryland. We also announced a new partnership with Domain Fitness & Performance, founded by local businessmen and former NBA players Jason Miskiri, David Vanterpool (NBA Assistant Coach, Portland Trailblazers and Brooklyn Nets/Associate Head Coach, Minnesota Timberwolves) and local sports and performance trainer Myron Flowers, who has trained leading elite local and national NFL and NBA athletes.

"Fulfilling an opportunity to do business and build something such as the Domain Fitness & Performance with people who I grew up with is nothing short of a special and defining moment within my personal and professional life,” said Miskiri.
