EDENS Continues to Expand Retail as Atherton Vision Comes to Life

Charlotte, NC – February 27, 2019 — EDENS, a leading national retail real estate owner, operator and developer, brings two new retailers to Atherton, further establishing it as a top Charlotte destination. The two retailers join the 60,500 square feet of retail currently being developed along with the existing 50,000 square feet of shops and restaurants. EDENS residential partner, Crescent Communities, brings 346 uniquely styled apartment homes with Novel Atherton to create a mixed-use destination.
