Flower Child, an Arizona-based health-food restaurant by Fox Restaurant Concepts, opened in September. Redevelopment included updating all building façades for a clean aesthetic, maximizing storefronts and brightening the exterior colors to modernize the consumer experience. Trellises now span the property and provide shaded walkways that connect the buildings for pedestrians. Parking has been reconfigured to accommodate outdoor conversation areas for guests to unwind and socialize, as well as improved walkability and safety. Final details, including custom benches from local East Downtown fabricator RootLab and public Wi-Fi, are currently in the process of installation. Retail openings will continue into late next year.
