Washington, D.C. – EDENS is ushering a new era for Burtonsville Crossing, bringing fresh energy to Montgomery County’s dynamic and highly engaged community.

With the grand opening of Sprouts Farmers Market today, Burtonsville Crossing’s 23,200-square-foot anchor, residents of Montgomery County now have access to the community-focused grocer’s extensive selection of fresh, organic produce and natural products.

In addition to welcoming Sprouts to the neighborhood, in a press conference today, EDENS unveiled a slate of new retail partners that will open at the approximately 130,000 square-foot Burtonsville Crossing. This expansion features a curated mix of shopping, dining and beauty and wellness services.

“We are excited to see the next chapter of Burtonsville Crossing unfold. Sprouts’ grand opening marks the beginning of a new era for this shopping center, as we continue to welcome a diverse mix of national, local and community-focused businesses,” said David Germakian, Managing Director at EDENS. “Through this revitalization, we are delivering a welcoming destination with robust offerings where the community can gather and engage.”

Future openings:

  • Moby Dick House of Kabob: Local DMV favorite featuring authentic Persian cooking with Mediterranean influences.
  • Chipotle: Fresh, made-to-order burritos, bowls, salads and tacos.
  • Eggspectation: All-day brunch concept offering innovative menu selections of both familiar and signature dishes.
