Brands find a home in energetic Uptown Houston through new-to Texas or expansion

EDENS, a retail real estate owner, operator and developer with 110 places nationally, continues to redefine retail destinations in Texas with the addition of four new retail partners at Uptown Park— a vibrant collection of shops, restaurants, experiences and services located in the heart of Uptown Houston.

“The evolution of Uptown Park over the last five years has solidified its position as a bustling hub for the city’s most sought-after dining and shopping,” said Tom Kiler, Managing Director of EDENS. “We are thrilled to add more first-to-market concepts to Uptown Houston and help expand the footprint of brands already within the city.”

New retail partners joining Uptown Park include:

Natuzzi, an Italian luxury furniture designer and maker. The 6,393-square-foot showroom, the first free-standing store location in Houston, will showcase Natuzzi’s mission of blending design, function, materials and colors to create harmonious living.

JuiceLand, an Austin-based health-food space serving cold-pressed juices and superfood smoothies. The 700-square-foot fresh ingredient sanctuary will continue JuiceLand’s mission to embrace health, wellness and a vibrant, plant-based diet to make a positive impact on humankind and our planet.

sweetgreen, a mission driven restaurant serving healthy food at scale. The 2,908-square-foot counter-service concept will feature the chain’s signature salads and bowls in addition to seasonal menu offerings. The space will include indoor and outdoor seating.

Hi, skin, a studio making quality skincare more accessible to everyone. The 2,261-square-foot space, an Arizona-based concept, will be the first Texas location and will offer personalized skincare through customized treatments, expert advice and curated product recommendations.

JuiceLand, sweetgreen, Hi, skin, and Natuzzi join previously announced Lombardi Cucina Italiana and Polestar—both scheduled to open later this year.

“The addition of these four concepts and others opening this year at Uptown Park promises our guests the most in-demand brands and experiences. Paired with the unique events our team hosts throughout the year, Uptown Park continues to enrich our neighborhood and enhance the surrounding community,” said Michael Hale, Senior Vice President of Leasing at EDENS.

Ongoing signature events throughout the year at Uptown Park include Farmer’s Markets, seasonal Maker’s Markets, yoga classes hosted by YogaSix and more.
