Recipe: Wild Mushroom Flatbread

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup goat cheese
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 cup cremini mushrooms
  • 1 cup oyster mushrooms
  • 1 cup shitake mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped tarragon
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix Goat Cheese, Cream Cheese, and Sour Cream (all equal parts). Fold in lemon zest and 1 lemon to create a spread.
  2. Slice a Mix of Cremini Mushrooms, Oyster Mushrooms, and Shitake Mushrooms (all equal parts).
  3. Toss sliced mushrooms with melted butter, finely chopped tarragon, and parsley.
  4. Spread Goat Spread spread on Naan Bread, top with mushroom mix, and add crumbled goat cheese and caramelized onions to the top of the flatbread.
  5. Cook for 7 minutes at 400 degrees in conventional oven.
  6. Top with green goddess dressing and enjoy!
