The RiNo Art District in Denver’s historic Five Points is a locus of creativity and Colorado’s destination “where art is made,” where visitors flock from all over the U.S. and beyond to the District’s colorful murals and grassroots events. EDENS’ 140,000-square-foot marketplace, situated between Walnut and Larimer Streets, features Denver Central Market, Burton and Patagonia alongside independently owned dining and drinking establishments and local, mission-driven brands.
Originally an industrial hub comprised of auto repair shops, factories and warehouses, RiNo’s grittiness and affordability attracted young creatives and artists over the last two decades.
In RiNo, there is already a handful of existing leases that exist at 27th and Walnut streets — including the Noble Riot Wine Bar — but there’s still plenty of work to be done.
