Jamie Passer

Jami Passer is the Chief Investment Officer at EDENS, bringing over 24 years of extensive real estate experience and transactional expertise. Jami Passer is responsible for EDENS’ portfolio of 125 places, capitalized by blue chip investors and valued at $6.5 billion, while developing and executing the company’s growth strategy. She plays a key role in EDENS’ mission to enrich community by elevating each center to serve as an authentic gathering place.

Throughout her 14-year tenure at EDENS, Passer has been responsible for the development, redevelopment, acquisition and disposition of more than $12 billion in retail assets across the company’s nine major markets. As the Managing Director prior to her current role as CIO, she led all development, leasing and acquisition activities in the Florida region and was instrumental in identifying exceptional acquisition opportunities and transforming EDENS’ positioning into South Florida’s high-barrier-to-entry market.

Prior to joining EDENS, Passer was a partner and consultant with P3 Partners, a South Florida real estate advisory firm. Previously, she was a Managing Director in the Real Estate Capital Markets Group of Andersen Corporate Finance.

Passer received a BS degree in Economics from the Wharton School and a BA degree in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
