Traci Adams

Vice President – Corporate Operations

As Vice President – Corporate Operations for EDENS, Traci Adams is responsible for administering corporate and treasury management functions of the company. Traci has played a major role in implementing systems that have streamlined many processes for the company.

In her 16-year tenure, she has been instrumental in the evolution of automation in Corporate Operations. She spearheaded improvements in the invoice and approval process, in addition to launching and rolling out a tenant payment portal, an expense/travel program and a successful Purchasing Card Program, which brings money into the company positively affecting EDENS’ bottom-line year over year. Previously, Traci served in the claims department of Nationwide Insurance.

Traci enjoys home decorating projects and spending time with her granddaughter, Aaliyah, who is active in All-Star Cheer. She is a graduate of Southern Wesleyan University with a degree in Business Management.
