Greg Dercach

Vice President – Property Management

As Vice President – Property Management, Greg directs staff at Mosaic to ensure the successful stewardship of EDENS’ two million square-foot, brand-defining asset in Fairfax, VA, and the best possible experience for visitors, retail partners, residents and employees.

Under Greg’s supervision, the team at Mosaic performs to the highest industry and operational standards, including detailed cleaning, mechanical care and public safety. Since joining EDENS in 2018, his engagement strategies have evolved into a robust calendar of more than 300 events per year, including outdoor markets, festivals and pop-up activations, that attract approximately 12 million consumers annually. Greg’s reorganization of a National Vertical Transportation program resulted in consistent overall routine services and improved response periods in 39 places across EDENS’ portfolio.

Greg’s career spans 20 years in the retail and real estate industry, beginning at Nordstrom Operations, where his responsibilities expanded to include Nordstrom’s South Region: Florida, Georgia and Texas. Previously, Greg was positioned at Westfield, which was later acquired by French commercial real estate firm Unibail-Rodamco to become URW. In this role, Greg supported multiple properties including Montgomery Mall (MD) and Century City (CA), in addition to operational responsibilities at Topanga and The Village (CA) and the World Trade Center (NY).
